We bought a washing machine for the hopes of making the laundry work easier. Two months ago the washing machine we bought does not turn on anymore so we contacted their customer support and said they would fix it in 2 weeks -they just need the parts from manila. Now, its already 2 months and no word from them. We went to Solidmark and followed up our request but they said they’ll call their Manila branch. From that experience I’ll give them the rating they deserve from me.
